Who we are
This website is operated for TWG Cash for Gold ("TWG Cash for Gold", "we", "us"), a local service business based in Ewing Township, NJ 08638. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
What we collect when you contact us
When you submit the contact / quote-request form on this site, we collect:
- Your name, and the email address and/or phone number you choose to provide (at least one is required so we can reach you).
- The service you're interested in and the message you write.
- The page of this website the form was submitted from.
- The exact consent statement you agreed to and a timestamp of when you agreed — kept as the record of your consent.
- Technical details: a pseudonymized (salted, one-way hashed) version of your IP address — we never store your raw IP address — and your browser's user-agent string. These help us detect spam and abuse.
Advertising click and campaign identifiers
If you arrive at this site from an online ad or campaign link, the address of that link may
contain click identifiers (such as a Google Ads gclid, wbraid, or
gbraid) and campaign tags (UTM parameters). This site stores those values
first-party in your browser's session storage — not in a cookie — and, if you submit the
contact form, attaches them to your inquiry along with the page you landed on. We use them
only to measure which ads and campaigns produce inquiries. They are not used to track you
across other websites, and your browser discards them when your session ends.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes and services, and keep records of our communication with you. We do not use it for profiling, and we do not use this form's consent to send you marketing messages.
If you include an email address, we also send you one short email confirming that we received your request, with our phone number and address in case it is urgent. It is sent once, contains no marketing, and replying to it reaches our team.
Where your information is stored, and who processes it
Your form submission is handled by the following service providers on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website and the database where inquiry records are stored.
- Postmark (an ActiveCampaign, LLC service) — delivers the email that notifies us of your inquiry (that notification contains the details you submitted) and the confirmation email sent to you.
- Randle Media LLC — builds and operates this website and its inquiry system as our service provider; its personnel can access inquiry records through a management dashboard in order to support this website.
- An internal, Randle-Media-controlled alerting channel, used only if a notification fails to deliver, so no inquiry is lost.
Analytics, cookies and outside requests
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use it,
such as which pages are viewed and whether an inquiry was sent. Google Analytics sets first-party
cookies (for example _ga) that recognise your browser between visits, and Google
receives your IP address and browser details to produce aggregated reports. We do not use it to
identify you personally. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's
Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
A few parts of the page are loaded from other services, which therefore receive your IP address:
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) supplies the typefaces the site is set in.
- Cloudflare Turnstile can run a spam check when you submit the form. It does not set its own cookies, and when it runs it only confirms the submission came from a person.
- gold-api.com supplies the live gold, silver and platinum prices shown at the top of the homepage. Your browser requests them directly; no personal information is sent.
- Google Maps (Google LLC) shows the map on the contact page. Google receives your IP address and browser details when the map loads and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
- The customer reviews on the homepage can refresh from a Randle Media service, hosted on Cloudflare, that relays our public Google reviews. Your browser sends it an ordinary web request (which includes your IP address); nothing you type on this site is sent, and it sets no cookies.
- Google reviewer profile pictures (Google LLC): where a Google review has one, the reviewer's profile picture loads directly from Google (googleusercontent.com), so Google receives your IP address and browser details when it loads. The "Google Maps" label next to the reviews uses the Roboto typeface from Google Fonts.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use advertising or retargeting trackers on this site. The one analytics tool we use is described above.
- We do not send marketing texts or emails under the consent you give on the contact form — that consent covers contact about your request only.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, contact us at twgcashforgoldforms@gmail.com or +1-609-403-6188. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page and its "last updated" date. Material changes take effect only going forward.
